  Budtenders, management, all wonderful: Product = overpriced, if you are choosing quality over quantity, it works out 60% of the time. That’s any dispensary in the Chicagoland area, When spending $140 for a 1/2 ounce, you’d expect flower not stems. Again, love Ascend for the service and hospitality.

  Excellent experience. Very knowledgeable staff. Helpful, informed young woman (i forgot to ask her name 😔) at the check-in who graciously asked patiently assisted us with placing our order. This is my “go-to” shop whenever i visit the Windy City

  I’m in a bit of a ‘time of need’ and Noemi truly went above and beyond listening to my high-needs customer BS. She was engaged, interested, and helped me find the exact stuff I was looking for.. all while making me feel so comfortable and listened to. Thank you! First time patient, but now I’m looking forward to all my future visits!

  Good selection, but the process is terrible. I felt like a prisoner being ushered through a cafeteria line. You start in one room where you order from giant tablets, but you can't actually see the products for yourself. I tried to pay (debit only btw) on the tablet, but it didn't work. It also claimed to use Plaid, then tried to connect my bank through some other sketchy third-party service instead. After that, they usher you into the next room, but the door is labeled "Exit," so it's not immediately clear where you're supposed to go. And whatever you do, don't try to leave through that same door. They will yell at you. The prisoner-and-prison-guard dynamic is strong with this one. I get that there are laws that make the process inherently suboptimal, but I've been to other dispensaries and never seen anything this disorganized. It's a shame, because it's the closest one to me. I really hope they figure it out.

  Like every other dispensary i've been to in chicago the weed they sell does not get you high. Notice how it'll say thca as the main ingredient not thc. You are smoking the same stuff they sell at the gas station lol. Are people not realizing this. IMO the weed they sell in the city at dispensaries does not get you high. It doesn't even come close to mexican brick weed that was usually like 3 percent thc. stop wasting your money and getting ripped off and buying weed that does not get you high. Not to mention it's sprayed and rapidly cured that's why it sucks. poor kids have never known actual weed. they're buying this thinking it's the bomb lollolololololololol
