They provided excellent advice, were a joy to explore stone + design options, and the ring continues to bring a smile when I see them! They are very kind to clean the ring at no charge, always bringing out the gorgeous ruby sparkle! I’ve also purchased earrings and a necklace - each time finding Miranda and Cindy to be super helpful and pleasant. Look forward to my next opportunity to visit!

She had the store create a custom necklace, using the diamonds and gold from the pin, into three necklaces for me (her daughter) and my sisters in law. We all wear the necklaces and cherish them. So wise of her to have that done rather than having a vintage piece hidden in a drawer and never used.
