They are very kind to clean the ring at no charge, always bringing out the gorgeous ruby sparkle! I’ve also purchased earrings and a necklace - each time finding Miranda and Cindy to be super helpful and pleasant. Look forward to my next opportunity to visit!

She had the store create a custom necklace, using the diamonds and gold from the pin, into three necklaces for me (her daughter) and my sisters in law. We all wear the necklaces and cherish them.
