  We ordered a bouquet that was supposed to be mostly strawberries, pineapple, and a few grapes, with a few melon ball skewers in party size, because we do not like cantaloupe, but we received something else. There were no grapes on it, and most of the bouquet was large cantaloupe chunks, which made the whole thing look off. It would have been nice for the store to contact us if they did not have the supplies we paid for, and we could have come up with another solution, but they did not. We had a deadline, so we weren't able to take it back or ask for a replacement. It was very sad to see everything eaten off the arrangement, except for the large amounts of cantaloupe. It was way too much money to pay to be disappointed. This experience makes me trust this company less. I will not be going back to this location.

  Shout Out to the Team at Edible Arrangements Champaign, Illinois for going the extra mile on my Daughter’s Valentine’s Surprise at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign! She was so happy- mission accomplished thanks to the team and Manager who worked on Valentine’s Day Eve! Delivered to her apartment within 2hrs! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

  They canceled the Valentine’s Day order for a friend of mine because they didn’t feel like driving. They refunded my money and I appreciate that, the girl was really nice, but I will NEVER put in an order here again.

  I want to share my experience that I had with Aquila (I hope I'm spelling it correctly). I'd place an order with another establishment for Valentine's Day. Today they sent a message saying they wouldn't be able to deliver the gift to my Mom today. I tried to order in your website today and every item I wanted to order couldn't be delivered today. I understand because it's a last minute Valentine's Day order on Valentine's Day. I called the store and she answered the call. She was such a pleasant, patient and caring human. She took my order over the phone and assisted me on choosing a gift for my Mom that was affordable and nice. It made my heart happy to know that she cared enough to ensure that my Mom would receive a gift for Valentine's Day. I live in Florida and can't pick up a gift for my Mom and take it to her in Illinois. Her customer was perfect and amazing. There was nothing more that she could do to make a difference in the service that she provided while taking care of my Mother and I. I'm not sure if she'll be recognized for being an amazing and caring person. But I just wanted to share my experience with Edible Arrangements on this day.   I called to get information about a delivery for my daughter as it is time sensitive with her being at school. The girl who was there today was SO helpful and let me know she would text the delivery driver. Even if the timing doesn't work out, I appreciate how lovely she was.
