  I usually love shopping at Aerie for underwear, but this location has consistently poor customer service. The employees are often rude and seem uninterested in helping customers. During my last visit, one employee was folding underwear and didn’t even acknowledge me while I was trying to shop — I had to stand right beside her and move stacks just to look at items. On top of that, I overheard staff having an unprofessional conversation on the floor about going to the back and coordinating breaks, including telling a coworker they’d have to “come back” because someone’s break was at 1. It didn’t feel welcoming at all. I like the brand, but this store needs major improvement in customer service.

  The staff in this store make it so easy to shop in. They are always willing to help find any item I am looking for . Always pleasant and friendly.
