But most importantly, the dishwasher did not have screws and hooks to mount the front panel. I spent about 5 hours on the phone and was made to visit BB stores near me for several times. And no luck. BB refused to give necessary assembly equipment NOR reimburse $35 - the cost of the replacement from Amazon. The only option they provided me was - to bring 40 pounds machine back to the outlet (2-3 hours drive for me) and return money. The most frustrating part - that nobody wanted to help. Everyone wanted me to go somewhere else. Staff in the shops were especially rude: “We work here NOT to give everyone free stuff!” like I was beggar. Terrible service, terrible attitude, terrible everything.
