  This location sucks, some employees don’t provide costumer service at all and it is a very awkward environment going in there. They also have store hours they don’t follow…. Seems like everytime I go there it’s closed when the sign clearly says they should be open.

  Went in to make an exchange because they don’t do returns- totally acceptable. Settled for some pants and knew there would be a price difference. I asked if the employee discount would still be able to be applied to this purchase and she told me no, I would have to pay full price. As I was leaving I saw a rack I didn’t see before and found some I actually liked. I asked if I could be a pain and do another exchange and she told me after the first exchange it was a final sale. I was mind blown. As expensive as things are there you get stuck with what you buy. I will definitely not be returning and buying online instead.

  Worst experience here at the Bourbonnais store. I went to what I thought was going to be an awesome store to shop for scrubs since I recently started working in housekeeping, a lady by the name SARY approached me and asked if I needed help with anything, I explain to her “yes I would like some help I’m looking for all black scrubs” but I was having problems finding my size, after a few minutes of helping me her whole demeanor changed, she was very nonchalant and her attitude was horrible! She did not make me feel welcomed in that store nor did she make me feel comfortable asking more questions about the products in the store, she made me feel like I was bothering her and wasting her time. Worst time ever I will never shop with them again in my life.

  The store has a good selection. Amanda helped me & made my shopping experience amazing! Amanda is a great asset to the store
