  My experience at the boutique has been absolutely superb. When I first walked in with my wife, I was greeted by Will George, and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a watch boutique. Will took the time to truly listen to my interests and thoughtfully explained the brand and the entire process. His patience and professionalism really stood out. BE PATIENT !!! I stayed in touch with him, and before long, I was able to purchase my first AP. The whole journey felt special from start to finish. Thank you for the wonderful experience — Will and Chris are awesome !!!

  I rarely write reviews like this, but in this case I feel like it's so necessary. My son and I first met Will George in June 2025 and we were so impressed---not only by the depth of his knowledge but just as importantly, by his friendliness. A few months later, we were fortunate to be able to buy a beautiful Royal Oak and we're looking forward to getting more timepieces from him in the future. Thank you Will!

  Amazing experience buying my first Audemars Piguet watch at the Boston boutique! I walked in and was immediately greeted with warmth and professionalism. Chris George and his team were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I purchased my first Royal Oak Offshore, and the experience couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend this store and team for anyone looking to purchase an AP!

  Made a trip to Boston just to look at watches. Stoped in at AP and had a great chat with Patrick about the brand, collecting, and watches in general. No snobbery what so ever, just a fun chat with a true collector. Also got to try on a very special RO. Thanks for the fun and memorable experience.

  Most welcoming experience I have had. Been shopping for Rolexes for 3 years now and whenever you go to a new location you leave feeling like you just wasted your time. The sales staff at Audemars Piguet have made me feel warm, welcomed and respected since the first time I went in. They always offer me a beverage when I come in (water, tea, coffee). I have yet to buy anything from them, yet they treat me as a valued client. They have never pressured me into buying anything and don't have any sneaky tactics similar to Rolex. They are honest about wait times and what is and is not very obtainable. Special thanks to Christopher, Nicole and William
