  Kristine is the best at this location and continually goes above and beyond to insure that you leave knowing you’ve made a great purchase and have received attention you won’t find in many places. I won’t buy any future sunglasses anywhere else!

  Today after work choose to drive 40 min to exchange my glasses since I broke them. Kristine here at bass pro shop was of great help as soon as I stepped in I got welcomed and found a way to get May broken glasses fixed. She mentioned to me about the lences I could order new ones and hooked me up with same lences I had on my second pair. I walked out with 2 new looking glasses and happier then when I came in Out standing customier service 👌💯😁

  I was looking to buy a pair of bat wolfs but the pair I wanted didn’t have the blacked out American flags. She had another pair there but refused to make a sale. I offered to pay extra just to get the flags but she was not willing to let a sale go vs an upset customer. The other worker said they have done it in the past but the older lady won’t allow it. I see this isn’t the first review on this women and I hope her supervisor will follow up at some point. They are losing sales and creating bad business.

  I went to Bass Pro to visit the Sunglass Hut to buy a pair of Costa sunglasses. I was there on 7/19/2021 between 10:30 am and 11:30am. The older woman at the kiosk seemed bothered by every question that I asked. At one point I asked if a pair of Oakleys were Polarized, but she responded by saying that that pair was only for fire fighters and paramedics (without asking if I was one or if I was buying it as a gift, nor did she answer my question). I then re-asked my question and she simply pointed to another shelf. The tipping point for me, was when my 2 and half year old daughter said to me "Daddy, she doesn't want us here." For my daughter to notice the sales rep's poor behavior is both shocking and unacceptable. I didn't want to make a scene in front of my daughter, so I just left. At the very least you should expect that someone working in customer service would be professional and polite. I did report this to the Cashier Manager on Duty at the time. Also, the cashier who checked me out at the front was very nice nice to me and my daughter. I did not buy the sunglasses. I am very disappointed that we had this experience. Usually, a trip to Bass Pro is a fun father/daughter activity and opportunity for us to enjoy this experience. Unfortunately, this experience will forever leave a bad taste in our mouths.
