This is not a good time to visit bc the store is understaffed, employees are angry, and a lot of items are sold out. I was there yesterday, the employees were angry with the customers and your sale prices are not ringing up at the register. Debbie tried to disrespect me at the register, then her manger Nick came and gave her what she deserved. Now that was quick karma 🤣 Debbie pressing wrong buttons and blaming me, Nick is tired of her incompetence. Her attitude was disrespectful for no reason “are you using gift cards or rewards? ok give them to me, we will see” (me: we will see what?) and when the sale price didn’t ring up “why didn’t you tell me in the beginning, MA’AM!!!” she starts slamming buttons as hard as she can on the CC terminal. I was surprised by her behavior until Nick came by and gave her what she deserved, it was comical. Thanks Nick I laughed my way out, but don’t think I want bass pro gift cards anymore. I am giving 3 stars bc I have been met with kindness in the past.

We were expecting to spend a lot and honestly weren’t sure where to start. Frank was absolutely awesome. He answered all of our questions thoroughly, explained everything in a way that actually made sense, and clearly has a real passion for fishing. He went above and beyond to make sure we were set up properly and felt confident in what we were buying. Because of Frank, the whole experience was stress-free and enjoyable. Huge shoutout to him — he made a big difference and is the reason we’ll be back.
