    I understand customer service is a difficult position but every single person at the gun counter is about as miserable as can be. I’m aware they deal with all kinds but I’m extremely polite and always get treated like I’m bothering them even when purchasing a $800+ firearm. There is an overwhelming pretentiousness and overall rudeness I watched being served to every customer in front of me by multiple staff. I’d rather pay slightly more and not have to deal with the awful service even. Never would consider them again for firearms but I guess that’s how the gun store meme holds true. Have some self awareness and try to be positive.

    I have been loving this place, if I need help they are available. I was walking around, and this lady Diane put me in to the Hilton grand vacation. I apply for it, she is really nice and Eideh, we had a really good conversation and help me out to book my next vacations plan with my family, really good discount on the reservation.

    We’ll get five stars because it’s Bass Pro shop and it’s a great company and Rene. The manager is absolutely amazing easy to work with and quick and fix my problem in a matter of two . Tim however not so much avoid TIM from camping at all costs. He will not communicate properly and lie right to your face about orders or items in stock or inventory And then try and laugh it off and be buddy buddy with you. I was very disappointed in the service with him and the communication with him do not deal with him at all and camping and just go directly to Rene the manager, and you will have no issues like I said my problem was fixed in two minutes with her with TIM. I had to wait over an hour to get an answer and it was still the wrong answer.

    HUNTING DEPARTMENT- FIREARMS This is my second week coming back to this store. I was just here last weekend with nothing accomplished. I made an appointment online for 8 o’clock after my terrible visit last week. I checked in for my appointment at 8 o’clock PM at the store today. I made an appointment online intentionally for the latest time that I could since it seems this store takes their time with customers. Last week I waited 2 hours just for these people to tell me I was missing ‘AVE’ on my CCL. After a bad review online through the survey sent to my phone, store manger COREY called my phone the night of. I was told to pay the 80 for the change and the E CARD could be accepted in store. By the way Corey handled the situation very nonchalant siding with his employee. I’m not mad at policy but it’s the way I was approached which is a whole DIFFERENT REVIEW! Fast forward, Of course I paid the 80 dollars for the change. I was told I could come back once the change was processed online and use the E CARD. I scheduled an appt for 03/21 at 8PM thinking they would move faster because it’s close to closing. But unfortunately they didn’t! I waited for 10 minutes. I asked to go to the bathroom since I held it long enough on my ride here! the guy explained where the bathroom was. I went to the bathroom. I came back 5 minutes later. It’s 8:15PM now. Some other guy asked my husband if we had been serviced. I told him no, my name is on the board and we are waiting for someone to call me. He asked my name and I told him. He asked for my CCL License and DL. I was in the process of giving everything to him and his co worker says “hey you better check to see if we are still doing paper work before you start the process.” So the guy servicing me asked the guy who told me where the bathroom was if the paper work can still be processed. This guy comes over and he says “well after 830 we can no longer process paperwork.” I’m confused!? I have been standing here since 8PM and no one has called my name. My name is still on the board. And I have not heard nothing! By the way it’s only 823PM! You have 7 minutes to hurry up and get this paper work done. What’s the problem!? Some other guy walks over and says “I called your name and you didn’t respond.” I told him “sir I went to the bathroom and you made no effort to call my name AGAIN! Plus my husband was standing there the whole time! My name was not called unless he would’ve told me! And you guys also didn’t take my name off the board so I guess I’m assuming I’m still waiting! I told them to cancel my order because I will not be driving an additional 40 minutes this way again to deal with this racism at all! And do not call my phone with the horrible ‘customer care’ because it’s pointless. I will be reporting this interaction to your corporate office! I will not pay my money to be dealt a hard time! Absolutely not! Thanks for the refund!

    Just wanted to report on an awesome experience I had here in this store because of an employee by the name of Michael from the footwear department on the second floor! I had been looking around at different stores for a particular product when I came into this store I was trying to locate this said product and couldn’t find not one associate on the sales floor as I walked around no one was around to help me & then I walked over to the footwear department at the suggestion of another customer like myself because they noticed Michael there and Michael walked me over to the product that wasn’t in his area and helped me going above and beyond the call of duty such excellent customer service! Thank you Bass Pro for hiring employees who actually care and work with passion‼️ I will visit again because of Michael in footwear, if you ever need anything in footwear look Michael up! God bless this store!
