  I had such a wonderful experience at Jack Lewis Jewelers today, and I can’t say enough great things about McKenzie! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and taken care of. She spent a generous amount of time helping me explore different options and was incredibly knowledgeable without ever being pushy. Her guidance made it so easy to find a piece I absolutely love. McKenzie is not only professional, but genuinely kind and attentive—she truly cares about her customers and it shows. One of my favorite parts of the experience was that she helped me create a wish list for future jewelry pieces, which is such a thoughtful and helpful idea for upcoming gifts! She made the entire process enjoyable and memorable. I was also served a delicious hand crafted cappuccino to sip on while I was shopping. I felt so pampered! I will definitely be back to Jack Lewis Jewelers and will be asking for McKenzie every time. Highly recommend!

  I had the absolute best experience today at Jack Lewis Jewelers, and I have to give a huge shoutout to McKenzie! She spent so much time with me, never rushed me, and truly made the entire experience feel special. McKenzie is incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide me to the perfect piece of jewelry I’ve been wanting. She was kind, patient, and so accommodating every step of the way. What really stood out is how above-and-beyond she went—she even helped me create a wish list for future pieces, which makes it so easy for my spouse when special occasions come around (such a thoughtful touch!). McKenzie is truly a top-notch salesperson, and I will absolutely be returning to Jack Lewis Jewelry and requesting her specifically. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and knows her craft, she’s the one to see!

  My teenage son has been getting into watches and wanted to stop here just to -see- the Rolex's. Jim is the "watch guy" and was tremendous with him. He gave him (us) a little history lesson on Rolex and the other watches they sell. Then, my son was completely jazz'd because Jim took us over to the Rolex area and my son got to try on a couple of Rolex's! He was super excited (to put it mildly) and had a great experience. Just to see his eyes light up when he got to touch and try on a Rolex was worth the visit. Thanks to Jim for taking the time to connect with a teenager about these one-of-a-kind watches, whom he surely knew had no resources to afford a Rolex.

  I had a wonderful experience! It was my first time there. I thought it was amazing. Before I got through the second door the guy who had helped me Andrew was already standing up ready to help! I had taken a screenshot of what I wanted online and he knew exactly that piece and took me straight there. I was buying my boyfriend a new gold chain. I had a reference photo of my boyfriend wearing a gold chain to see length options. He showed me a couple options and I picked out the one I had in mind. Very personable staff, being nervous going in there for the first time he made it very comfortable and he was awesome. Will definitely be back again. Hopefully next time something for me haha.
