- MZMark ZemmelSep 5, 20244.0I was initially informed that a device swap was needed and agreed to the date requested, 9/4/2024. Unfortunately on the date of the swap, my vehicle went into lockout and I was not able to get my vehicle to the appointment. I tried calling lifesafer for assistance but was on hold for 30 minutes before I chose the call back option. I did not receive a call back that afternoon or evening. I call again the next morning, now 9/5/2024 and spoke with customer service. They were able to assist some, but the facility providing the swap was not yet open. While on the phone with customer service I received a call, text, and email from Becky. I responded to her and was able to have her set up the new appointment time and provided a lockout override code, so I was able to start my vehicle. Only 4 stars due to the early vehicle lockout that created all the issues.
