    Stopped in to get a watch battery replaced. What a nice place with really nice staff. I felt welcomed. I will definitely be back when it comes time to purchase a watch.

    Went to get a watch fixed I was greeted not in a how may I help you manner but more of a what are you doing here manner then they proceeded to offer every customer around me water but not me then when I came to pick up my repaired item they gave me one price on the phone and charged another when I got there I feel like since they moved the service is horrible

    This store is fantastic. A true luxury experience. In a time when retail seems to be struggling Jack Lewis has pulled out all the stops to make an excellent experience. Andrew did a fantastic job helping us out. Management take notice. He offered to clean my wife’s jewlery for her!
