From start to finish the store experience was lovely. Felt like the store had a very positive atmosphere. Hence, Jim was absolutely kind and welcoming. He actually gave me a true boutique experience and overall was just a really friendly guy to talk to. He also introduced me to the owner. Chill guy. The owner even let me view his personal Rolex yacht master which I thought was really nice of him. Alternatively, Jim has also continued to provide updates and is very quick in responses. So all in all, great store, great people, for sure will be back!

I was introduced to Devan, again another friendly smile. Devan made this experience for me because she is so knowledgeable about the watch that I came in to see. She wasn’t dismissive she listened. She listened as I explained the specific watch configuration I was looking for. She took the time to show me all available options. It was great to see and try on everything and not feel rushed. She encouraged me to stick to the “dream “ configuration regardless of the timeline because at the end of the day it’s what I really wanted. Before I knew it I Got The Call! Thanks Devan for being so professional and Jack Lewis for having such a beautiful store for me to experience I highly recommend! .
