The whole process was smooth, from finding what I was looking for, to measuring and getting it adjusted to fit my finger. I could not be more delighted! I never felt rushed at any time and everyone is very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen and help you find what you are looking for, are helpful with suggestions, yet never any pressure. From now on I will always stop here first before I go looking for a new piece of jewelry.
