  Been coming to this location for almost ten years now. Bought almost all of my formal dresses in high school here. I think the prices are pretty fair and reasonable for the formal dresses. And they have some budget friendly dresses under $100. I’ve bought shoes, purses, and jewelry here in the past. They’re fine for one night but they break easily. I came here today to buy a dress for a red carpet event, had a good selection of options. My only staff complaint were staff felt really understaffed, it was really busy but one girl went to the bathroom for a bit and no one was covering the changing rooms while she was gone. I felt like the girls shopping were more helpful opinion wise and hype up wise. Staff were polite though and were willing to hold items up to an hour. These are my only store complaints but I don’t think this is staff fault this is just store policy and mall fault. •Service was AWFUL. I couldn’t facetime my mom, photos weren’t sending. I remember being in HS and service was bad back then too. •Curtains were finnicky, I could very easily see into changing rooms and even my best friend had to hold my curtain closed because the cracks were too much. •Once you buy a dress you can’t return it. I personally understand this but also hate this policy, I think there should be a time limit. Because I have purchased dresses from this store in the past, got home, and discovered issues I didn’t notice in store. I understand its to prevent people from “renting” dresses but I feel like if the tag is still on and obviously not worn it should be fine to return. Because even I was debating on if I should get the other dress instead and sometimes you gotta sleep on that. •If you are petite, or have a small chest, be warned. A lot of the dresses are not short person friendly, not small chest friendly. I am 4’10 and even in 4 inch heels I was still drowning in a lot of the dresses. So I am going to have to take it to a seamstress to hem it which is fine, it’s just a little annoying. I wish they just carried different lengths because they’ll have an XS but it’s skinny XS but not short person XS. So I just recommend wearing heels while trying on dresses because then you can actually envision how it’ll look.

  Extremely uncomfortable environment . Staff was rude about an exchange and when I asked for the manager the manager was even worse ! She was very unprofessional and did not want to offer me any options. I will not be shopping at Windsor any longer and I will make sure all my friends and family know about this experience.
