She was very helpful and even sent me a picture of the purse I was inquiring about to be sure it was exactly what I wanted. Since I did not live in the area, she promptly offered to ship it to me. I later was able to visit her store in person and met Eureka face to face. She is everything you want in a customer service role. Friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

She went out her way for me by coordinating an item return at a more convenient store location for me to reach and ship my desired bag to my house.
