A staff member a white man with glasses gave us a disgusting look and raised his voice at us just for holding a few sunglasses while deciding which to try and buy. . Not only was this uncalled for, but he made no effort to assist or engage with us, in stark contrast to our last visit where a staff member with a moustache was incredibly helpful. It was hard not to feel that we were being treated differently because we are people of colour. We ended up buying from a different sunglass hut where the assistants were very cordial. This kind of behaviour is disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend shopping here if this is how some customers are treated.

I've been to others in many different malls, but #973 and the attendant Salomon makes me never want to go to any other store. I go out of my way to come to the outlets just for this sunglasses hut. Very friendly, very helpful, and cares about the customer.

Some customers are collectors looking for a good deal I love that I have all my original casing for all of my eyewear Purchased a pair of Versace glasses at the store realize the box and the case were not for my make or model I returned and they said usually that’s not important although they did try to look for it they could not find it. They’re more interested in selling you their insurance then they are To allow you to register your item. Either they are very undertrained and therefore lost my business or The exact idea of what they’re doing, and they’ve lost my business either way great deal on my glasses when I go back? No.
