  As a longtime Oakley customer, I am incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service and lack of accountability at this location. My recent experiences have been deeply frustrating. First, I accidentally left a personal pair of $250 Oakley sunglasses on the counter while purchasing lens cleaner. When I returned just a few hours later, the staff claimed they had not seen them. What was most upsetting was their complete lack of concern. When I politely asked if management could review the store surveillance cameras to see what happened to my property, my request was flatly denied. A highly valuable item mysteriously disappeared from their counter, and they showed zero interest in helping me resolve the issue. Needing a replacement, I visited the store again during the Presidents Day weekend. A female associate informed me that the Double Edge frames were discontinued and no longer carried in the store. She explicitly told me I would have to purchase them online for $117. However, she completely failed to mention that this was a limited time sale or that I needed to purchase them immediately. When I went online the very next morning to buy the glasses, they were already back to the regular retail price. I visited the store again today to address this miscommunication directly with her. Instead of offering any assistance or honoring the price she quoted, I was completely dismissed, brushed off, and bluntly told to go back online and pay the full amount. Shoppers should also be aware that this is a standard retail store and not an outlet, regardless of how some of their sales are presented. For a premium brand operating a flagship style location in a busy mall, this standard of customer care is simply unacceptable. Between the mishandling of my lost glasses, the deceptive communication regarding pricing, and the dismissive attitude of the staff. I cannot recommend this location. You are much better off ordering online.

  I had a very difficult time finding a specific size for my head and Sam was able to relate and cover my needs fully. We were able to find XXL size frames that worked and were very comfortable. This is usually very difficult to find online and you usually have to go in store to find a decent fit. They had some in stock and the associate was able to help me fit them. Overall excellent experience.

  We were treated like royalty at the Oakley Vault even though this was the first time we were there. Bryant greeted us and kindly showed us the area we were interested in. Leeann helped my husband narrow down his choice and we were extremely pleased either the end result- Frogskins 38th anniversary frame. Both employees were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We will be back.
