  I was looking for a specific purse so I called the store at the Aurora location and spoke to Eureka. She was very helpful and even sent me a picture of the purse I was inquiring about to be sure it was exactly what I wanted. Since I did not live in the area, she promptly offered to ship it to me. I later was able to visit her store in person and met Eureka face to face. She is everything you want in a customer service role. Friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

  Eureka, the general manager, was so kind and helpful with assisting me with my bag exchange. She went out her way for me by coordinating an item return at a more convenient store location for me to reach and ship my desired bag to my house. Definitely give this location a visit, I’m sure her staff will be just as eager to assist you with your in-store or online purchase.

  Shoutout to Eureka and Her Amazing Team! I’m from Detroit, and Eureka truly made magic happen for me, all in less than 24 hours! I needed 6 wallets for my line sisters, and not only did she deliver fast, but she also packaged each one in a dust bag and a gift box, so I didn’t have to lift a finger. The customer service was top-tier ! She helped me even while she was off the clock. Talk about going above and beyond! 🙌🏾 As someone who also works in retail, I know how often the bad gets highlighted and the good gets overlooked. So I just want to say: THANK YOU, Eureka! Your dedication and hustle did not go unnoticed. You’ve got a customer for life and yes, I’ve got your number saved for future purchases! 🖤✨

  Walked into an empty store no other customers around so all eyes were on my mom and me while we browsed around. The sales associate was staring my autistic son down to the point where I felt uncomfortable. Some people are not taught not to stare at people with disabilities and it really shows. I’ve purchased a couple bags before at this location and today I had to stop myself from getting a bag because of the shopping experience I had. Items I’d touch I was told the price of without me even asking as if I couldn’t afford it. Midway through the store I had to stop and process what was going on so I looked at my mom and told her “they are watching us every move so I’m definitely not buying anything” after taking a second look at a bag I really wanted. Overall, a nice store but sale associates need improvement. Visited on Saturday August 2nd around 4:30pm
