I went to return them the day after I bought them, and they wouldn't replace them. I lost my money. In short, the manager was a grotesque character, calling me a liar to my face, telling me I had brought old shoes. And even with proof of purchase, or my receipt, she didn't resolve anything. The service was horrible. I'll avoid going to that store.

But she wouldn’t bag them in two separate bags. She said that they are running low on bags. So I had to return them . I am a long time customer . I don’t think I will be going back again.
