- BMBrenda MartinezFeb 15, 20261.0Placed an order on February 2nd for today Feb 15, Sunday for pick up at 2pm. Arrived at 2:11pm to this location and it was closed. Google says they are open until 4pm so I continue to call and at 3pm it went from they are super busy to they are closed. Horrible customer service I had this ordered for a birthday. Very disappointed and will most likely not use this location again

I was wrongfully told by an employee that it could be delivered at noon and it was delivered 2.5 hours later and they forgot part of the order and the recipient already left for the day. I was told they don’t make guarantees during holiday season when I called to complain by the manager. But the employee who took my order said she can have it done. If the delivery couldn’t be don’t I would’ve never made the order. My review is to inform anyone who is under time constraints, do not rely on this service. Even if the employee advises you it can be done it definitely can not be done. Also they forgot part of the order and will probably be back hours later to drop it off.
