- LALinda ArnoldJan 19, 20261.0I went to the store (Fox Valley Mall) 1/18/2026 because I needed to return an item that was the wrong size. Yadi was the one I got and she was extremely rude…rolling her eyes while two other girls in her little group were laughing behind her. I walked away w no help and the one girl I believe her name was Katlyeen was the only one on the floor sorting clothes while the 3 others laughed and made faces as I left. Katlyeen caught me as I was leaving and had me call the 800 to get the code # to return my order. If it wasn’t for her I’d have had to drive home get the slip and come back. Yadi helped me w/o speaking to me then just walked away. AE shouldn’t hire someone like that. AE definitely has the wrong person in management if she was…the other girl Katlyeen was helpful and she was the only one doing something in the store while the others chatted in the corner. I came back an hour later to thank the young lady again and she was still on the floor and the same girls were behind the register laughing and still on their phones. AE I suggest you do some cleaning up with that young lady if you want business because the way she acted I wouldn’t come back to that store if she was there. Also if she was in management I’d rethink that and put Katlyeen in that position because she was the only person doing something in that store.
