  My experience with Christina was phenomenal! You could tell she knew exactly what she wanted to do when I gave her my prints for my salon studio. Christiana surpassed any expectations I had! They are so beautiful so unique! Like one is handcrafted in Italy! So cool. I would have never been able to create what she did. I get compliments on my gallery wall continuously! So worth this experience, and the value I received. Thank you so much!

  I’ve lived in the U.S. for 7 years, and I was truly touched by the level of service and care I experienced here. I needed to frame a silkscreen print, which is a very delicate piece. After visiting three different framing shops, I decided to come back to this one because Matt was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and his price was the most reasonable. When I first received the framed piece, there was a slight warping issue. Even though Matt was out of state at the time, he responded right away and offered to come to our house to look at it together. He personally came by, took the artwork back, and worked on it again using a different method. After a week, he brought it back and it looked much better. Later, when a small issue appeared again after we hung it, he came to our home once more to help. He treated us like family and genuinely cared about making sure we were happy with the final result. He came to our home multiple times, discussed solutions with us, took the piece back to work on it again, and returned it until we were satisfied. That level of dedication is truly rare. He mentioned that the business has been around for 52 years, starting with his father. After seeing how he treats his customers and the care he puts into his work, I completely understand why this place has such amazing reviews. I’m very grateful for his patience, personality, and honesty. I highly recommend this shop, especially the owner, Matt.

  We recently had a 40-inch by 40-inch artwork framed by Matt, the owner. When my wife was searching for a store to frame our large print, we visited two other shops in nearby towns. Ultimately, we chose to place the order with Matt because he was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and he also offered us a more competitive price than the other stores. When we picked up the framed piece on Saturday, it was carefully wrapped for protection. However, after bringing it home, we noticed a warping issue related to the delicate nature of our artwork. The print is silk screen print, which is very sensitive and requires special handling. Since the store was closed, we emailed Matt to share our concern. Even though he was in Florida on a business trip, he responded promptly and assured us that he would take care of the issue as soon as he returned. True to his word, on the very day he arrived back in Chicago, he personally came to our home with his van to pick up the piece. We truly appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine commitment to ensuring our complete satisfaction. We look forward to seeing the corrected piece and will gladly recommend Matt to our friends who are looking for framing services.

  I went to a variety of different picture frame shops on the North Shore looking for the perfect frame for my painting that I bought. Not only did Grand Frame have the perfect frame for me but they were also probably the kindest shop I went to. Matt and his wife are very wonderful people and it feels like a family operation. They have a wide selection of frames and they really care about their customers. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, I will be back next time I buy a painting.
