- JCJenny CardosoDec 27, 20251.0Horrible experience for returns. It was a nightmare. It was as simple as returning some shoes and placing a new order for the correct size so I thought. Until I left with 10 different receipts because the employee ordered me the same exact shoe that I was returning and they told me they were able to cancel the order they messed up on and that was not true. Now I have 2 of the same shoes different sizes getting shipped to me and I now have to wait for those shoes to get delivered in order to return and get my money back. So unprofessional on their part. Very unsatisfied. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location unless you want to waste your time and wait a week to get your money back for their mistake.
