I had an over flow of items strapped to my arms not one store associate offered a cart, my doing none the less I worked retail I would have offered. They may want to keep a handful near the back of the store for situations such as this. The store was fully stocked lots to choose from and the bathing suit selection was plentiful. The best part of my shopping experience here was when the cashier SHACLA JA not sure if the correct spelling helped me with my purchased saved me 25% off and told me to use my credit card for good savings. She has helped me before in the past. She really is a great cashier something I would think JCPenney‘s would want to recognize her for the awesome customer service she provides your customers this is what made my shopping experience great!!! Job well done. Thank you. I will be back.
