No one came down to assist, so went to them to have them open a case. One employee explained that they were going over plans for an upcoming remodel (manager was part of the group). Seemed like the remodel was more important than assisting customers. Very poor customer service.

- JMJohn M.Feb 3, 20262.0Went in looking to buy a 12ga for home protection, there was hardly anything for a selection, it was a Saturday morning shortly after opening and I couldn't get any help yet 2 employees were standing around just talking away...also wanted to buy a meat stuffing tube for snack sticks, they didn't have any of those either...ordered one from Amazon and bought a shotgun from the gun show at the fairgrounds.

The prices were reasonable. The staff seemed pretty helpful. And a huge pls is that it sits right next to a canyon where the Salmon River runs.
