    I ordered three dress shirts for work. This was my first and last time ordering from JCPenny in many years. Every step was rough, especially the ship-to-store process. I didn't receive a receipt email for my purchase. After chatting with customer service online, they provided me with my order number. My dress shirts arrived to the local store two weeks later. When I got to the store, their computers were not working properly. After being sent to a different checkout, I got my package of dress shirts. One of the shirts was a completely different size than what was ordered. After calling customer service, I was told JCPenny could not send the shirt that I ordered and a refund was my only option. The employees at the local Twin Falls store were helpful and professional, but the service by phone and online order fulfillment wasn't. I'll shop elsewhere.

    Jewelry is junk. My husband bought earrings and bracelet. Paid plenty and it fell apart before I even got it on. Then taking it back was a nightmare and the people treated me horrible. Read the tags says Made in Thailand

    Wow, customer service is a thing of the past!!! To get a discount you have to scan a code and then a young man has to have access to your phone to get the discount! Just give me the discount already! Then said employee takes your phone to scan the discount, checks you out and doesn’t give your phone back. Shoves your bag back at you after paying and keeps your phone! Walk out of the store and nobody cares that they have the phone! Drive home 30 minutes and realize your phone is missing, call The store and nobody is available to answer! Try every extension available and no answer, drive 30 minutes back and said employee says he never saw your phone! FYI, he was looking at his own phone and said “I Never saw your phone” and he scanned the phone ! Wow JC Pennys do better!! I’m done shopping at your store! I’ve spent thousands at your store over the past 30 years!?No more!! The disrespect is astounding! Shame on you…Twin Falls already has a lack of retailers, I guess your next! Hello Amazon!!!

    I made a purchase here about 4 times in the last 2 months because of the sales they’ve been having of course I have paid full price for some items I really liked . I went to return some things I purchased from11-8-25 on 12-2-25 and I asked for cash back since it was debit as it can take days to get back from the bank the cashier ignored me then said no I’m running it back to your card because i would have to ask a supervisor for that I said why wouldn’t you have done that because it’s been almost a month on my debit and why should I wait to get it back then the supervisor said it’s the rule cooperate said no cash back on debit that it goes back on original purchase ! That crazy I have to wait almost a week for my $ back when it was almost a month ago the purchase was made ! It’s not like it was a credit card it was my debit card ! She said that’s cooperates rules ! I won’t be shopping there anymore ! Other stores give cash back if it’s been that long banks take forever to give your money back !
