The equipment right out of the gate was faulty. The handheld was malfunctioning, but the owner kept blaming me. Low and behold, the handheld was malfunctioning, but the owner was still quite rude to me, and refuses to send installation compliance forms to the appropriate authority, insisting I need to do so, which is illegal. Unsure why this guy is doing interlocks, he hates his customers, and is technically in violation of state and federal law by refusing to report installations to the appropriate authorities, which is his company's burden, legally and financially. He threw multiple temper tantrums tantemount to that of a 5 year old for having to fulfill a service he'd already been paid for, not to mention cussing like a sailor and throwing heavy objects around mine and other customer's personal vehicles right in front of my aging mother (no offense Mom), and later intentionally screwed over another customer as I sat in his lobby. This guy has no gumption, he ran an outboard motor directly onto my vehicle's radiator and windshield for 5+ hours on the initial attempt at installation, and refused to fix my device, insisting I was the one at fault. When I showed up to have the faulty device replaced, he berated me for being there, and after the fact, when I asked him to report installation to the appropriate offices, he insisted that was an extra charge. He is rude, openly aggressive, and technically breaking the law by not providing me with customer support he and the franchise are required by law to do. I've paid in full for the install, my card is set up for recurring charges, and I've spent well over 10 hours dealing with this jerk. Also, his hours of operation are incorrect on his Google Maps, so I waited for an hour, and then an additional 15 minutes as he was not on time, and even after I got into the lobby, HE berated ME for being there when I had an appointment. Good lord man. . . I'm very unimpressed, 0 of 5 stars.
