- LCLysje ChristiansenNov 7, 20253.0I love DI, and I normally have such great experiences. This DI was mostly good. The only issue is we found a charcoal grill for $25. I've managed a store that sells used items, and usually stores like this are good that if you can find the exact same item for cheaper (which I did, I found it locally for $18.99 brand new, and I showed it to the manager on duty). I asked if they could go any cheaper because I like supporting the DI. The manager was very abrupt and just said, "Well, go buy it there then." I was a bit taken back by the abruptness and rudeness. This was my first interaction with the man, so maybe he was having an off day, which is why I chose a 3 star and not a 1. But maybe this can be a good training for employees that at a minimum, you should probably price match your USED items for at least the same price or even 10-20% cheaper. I mean, the items are donated.... The box it came in looked like it had oil stains on it as well.... Anyways, don't expect a price match here. I don't remember the name of the man, but he was a heavier set gentleman and bald. The cashier was super friendly and pleasant and apologized. She was so sweet and professional. She has red hair, if I remember correctly. Very nice girl!
