  My wife and I love this store! Local, good selection, folks are always friendly, it's our go to for our clothing, hair and household needs. Wanted to give a shout out to Katie who was working the register on Monday 4/6/26. She was was very busy, super friendly & helpful, very much appreciated! Nick

  Pretty gutsy to have Victoria Secret prices on bras and undies with Temu quality. Selection is fine if you like a thousand versions of neutral and boring, and they have ratty CARDBOARD BOXES on the floor full of tangled piles of underwear. Nah thanks.

  I loved trying all the mattresses in the store especially the Tuft and Needle and Beautyrest mattresses.

  Really disappointed in how bad this store has become. It's a disaster. Nothing is where it should be, everything is on clearance and just shoved in every nook and cranny in the store. It's obvious that management doesn't care about the appearance of the store, and it's unfortunate. What product they do have is cheap and comparable to what you'd find at Burlington or Ross. JC Penney used to be our go-to, and now it's a won't go back.

  I wish they would open earlier 11am is ridiculous and 12 noon on Sunday. No wonder they don't get much business. All other stores open at 9 am. Kohl's is my go to store. The person working at the cash register never smiles or greets you, or looks at you, I've tried several times to interact with her. Nothing!!! her attitude towards you is like she'd rather be somewhere else. JC Pennys hire more personable people, maybe it can save you from going bankrupt.
