  You could ride a tricycle around the world 3 times before someone answers the phone at this company. The outsourced company that put the interlock in was 5 star. The device is easy to use. Just hope that in the time you have this device in your car you NEVER need to talk to someone because they NEVER answer.

  The guys that installed my device at extreme sound are wonderful an very helpful very respectful. Now on the other hand the main company “LOW COST INTERLOCK” is a poor excuse for a company. I would not suggest thinking twice about going throu them they are a joke. I’ve had my device for 7 months an it’s gave me problems the whole 7 months. I’ve called low cost interlock for 7 months an have waited on the phone for up to 2 hrs an no answer. They are very unprofessional not recommend. An have nothing positve to say about “LOW COST INTERLOCK”

  I was charged more than 2 times the original cost for installation today. When I called to address the issue I was on hold for more than 22 minutes before I finally hung up. Original feelings were that this was a great company to work with. After being overcharged and zero customer service in addressing the excessive fees I have changed my mind.
