    Don’t even bother with this place. The store manager, Christy, is incredibly rude. Bullying paying customers is so classless. She seemed tired, and should maybe consider retirement. Maybe it’s time Christy.

    The Lane Bryant store in Nampa is a wonderful plus-size women’s clothing store, and I’m so grateful to have it here in the valley. I live in Caldwell, so this location is one of the closest places where I can consistently find plus-size clothing that’s dressier and nicer than many other options nearby. I received a gift card for Christmas, and the staff was incredibly helpful in checking the balance and assisting me with sizing and style options. Their customer service truly stands out. On past visits, when I couldn’t find items I liked in the store, they helped me order them for delivery and had everything shipped straight to my home. Because of their location, availability, and consistently excellent customer service, I find myself wanting to shop at this location more than any other. I’m slowly building quite the wardrobe and couldn’t be more grateful for how kind, patient, and helpful the staff has always been. Thank you to the team at Lane Bryant Nampa for being such a reliable and welcoming place for plus-size women’s clothing and for taking such great care of your customers.

    Excellent customer service. Visited the store today for the first time. I needed to be properly fit for a bra. Liz is still in training but you'd never know it. She went above and beyond for me - I tried on every style they had in stock in my size. Walked out very happy with one new bra in my bag and a 2nd one being shipped - they didn't have the color I wanted in store.

    My sister went into this store looking for help with measurements because she needed help with finding a bra, she hadn't worn a real bra in awhile and didnt know where to start. The associate with the short grey/whiter hair (just found out it was the store manager) made her feel under valued, she was rude and had poor customer service she even sized her wrong. As someone who works in woman's retail, your supposed to lift women up not tear them down. do better.
