  Really disappointed in how bad this store has become. It's a disaster. Nothing is where it should be, everything is on clearance and just shoved in every nook and cranny in the store. It's obvious that management doesn't care about the appearance of the store, and it's unfortunate. What product they do have is cheap and comparable to what you'd find at Burlington or Ross. JC Penney used to be our go-to, and now it's a won't go back.

  I wish they would open earlier 11am is ridiculous and 12 noon on Sunday. No wonder they don't get much business. All other stores open at 9 am. Kohl's is my go to store. The person working at the cash register never smiles or greets you, or looks at you, I've tried several times to interact with her. Nothing!!! her attitude towards you is like she'd rather be somewhere else. JC Pennys hire more personable people, maybe it can save you from going bankrupt.

  Super clean, well-organized and lots of size options! Sale prices helped me get what I was looking for. Staff was super friendly and helpful as well.

  My wife and I went to see Melody at JC Penny Portraits. She is an amazing professional! She had some cool ideas for our goofy photo session. If you want some family portraits, go see Melody here at JC Penny Portraits!
