  I don't go into sportsman Warehouse that often but when I do if I ask an employee a question. Usually they are not knowledgeable about products. Firearm prices are higher than other stores nearby. When asked about a specific package of a firearm, they insisted it didn't exist. While I was in the store I contacted another store from a different chain. They not only said it existed but had it in stock so purchased it from them. Today was my final time shopping at sportsman's Warehouse. I was trying to exchange a grip nobody knew how to do an exchange for the same item but different size. I even had my account deleted because I don't plan on returning. I gave them two stars because they do have a great selection. Just if you have any questions. Be prepared to find out any answers yourself. And don't lose your receipt even though you have an account I was told it's not saved under your phone number.

  This place has gone so far downhill in the recent years. Every time I go in now I ask myself why I even tried. They never have what I am looking for. Staff doesn't seem like they want to help either.

  This is easily one of the worst-run retail stores I’ve ever been to. I’ve given this Meridian location two chances in the last few months, and both times it took 20+ minutes just to check out because they have ONE cashier running the entire front. It’s honestly impressive how badly this place is staffed. The second time, I just walked out and left everything because the line wasn’t moving at all. At that point, it’s not even worth wasting your time. Meanwhile, there’s maybe one guy in the back at the gun counter for a store this size. No sense of urgency, no support, nothing. I even tried calling to say something about it, and they hung up on me mid-sentence. That pretty much sums up the level of “customer service” here. This isn’t just bad service—it’s complete mismanagement. If you value your time at all, avoid this place and go somewhere else.
