Ordered my sandwich and then asked for a pound of beef jerky at the cashier and got told.I had to go down to the other register and order.the beef jerky there and essentially make two separate transactions. When I brought it up to someone, they said, oh well, it happens. Your team, there is lacking in customer service skills i still don't understand why.I had to make two separate transactions in one food court area.

I would rather visit 5 stores with more of the item types, than a store with limited variety. They could have more inventory if they didn't have so much space, wasted on trying to make the store "look cool". I honestly can't see myself ever returning to this, poorly designed, pocket picking playground.

My husband was needing some new Brunt’s and Brayden was right there with immediate willingness and enthusiasm to help us out and find the right pair of boots. We found the right pair of boots, but they had a small flaw on them and Brayden was more than happy to exchange for a fresh pair in the back for us without making any sort of fuss. We then went to the women’s department for a pair of work boots for me (they could really improve in their selection here, the one pair they had ended up being a small men’s size) and it took a long while for anyone to come help us. Brayden ended up making his way over to us again and was able to help me try several different boots and find the right pair in less time than we had initially been waiting. He was so upbeat, friendly and easy to talk to, it made our experience shopping at Scheels today very delightful! Oliver, who had checked us out, was also extremely friendly and helpful with the price adjustments that we needed. Fast and efficient! Thanks guys!
