Feels like they have one person working the entire time. Impossible to get any help unless you’re checking out

I was only looking for my kids, so I'm not sure how the rest of the selection is, but the kid selection was really slim. I ended up going next store to Burlington and finding a better selection. I did find some Nike shoes, but the price was too high for a "discount" store. Disappointed.

Dillard’s and Scheel’s have 100% of my luxury item business, with brands like Good American, UNRL, T3, & Patagonia. I purchased a significant amount of items at Nordstrom Rack. It is one of the very few places I do like to shop in Meridian. I have tried to return items at two separate times. The first time the lady was so snotty and so rude, she would not look up inventory, in her store, for my husband and I to EXCHANGE, not return, two pair of jeans. The length was too short for my husband. The associate told us to go outside the store and purchase what we want on their app. Also, she did explain that the app would show us what the store had on hand. The second time I tried to return a Drybar blow dryer within 30 days of my purchase. Because it is a beauty item, all sales are final. NOT ONCE during the transaction of purchasing the Drybar blow dryer was I informed that “All Sales Are Final”. Again, I did not know that when I purchased the blow dryer. The “All Sales Are Final” sign is located under the credit card PIN pad and not visible. The blow dryer blows out cold air and does not heat up. For $130, I believe I should’ve at least had the option to exchange. I believe it was the store manager who helped the associate, the second time with my return and she refused to even give me a store credit/exchange option for the defective blow dryer. I was going to exchange the Drybar blow dryer for a T3 or another brand on the Nordstrom rack app. But that was not an option. Going forward, I know whatever I purchased there at Nordstrom Rack, I have to keep. They do not follow the same rules or guidelines as a regular Nordstrom. We do not have the luxury of having a Nordstrom here so it makes it difficult to shop at an actual Nordstrom store. I don’t really care to shop online as I believe that shopping in store helps folks keep their jobs. I also believe that Amazon and online shopping is taking away from the in-store experience. But at least now I can see why people shop on Amazon because you can return anything. I was excited about the Meridian location, but sadly it is a disappointment. I’m sure they will do well as they don’t need my business. Dillard’s and Scheels have my business! They have a flexible 30 day return policy and would exchange a defective item.

The commercials are the most obnoxious and annoying thing I've ever been forced to see while watching YouTube. Go away.

I was very disappointed with the selection they had for men’s shirts in L/XL. I just don’t understand why they have hundreds of shirts in small and medium, but maybe 30 for large and extra large combined. Oh, and if you’re over 5’5” don’t even bother looking at pants they don’t have anything over the length of 30.
