  Poor quality pants. They fit well, but don’t last more than 8 months. When I initially bought a pair of the ABC men’s pants, I was excited to try because the fit was great. Unfortunately, they lasted 8 months of work. I’m a PT and that means I mostly sit and walk. The normal wear and tear should NOT cause these pants to wear out so quickly. I returned a pair after 8 months and had them replaced. 8 months later, the same issue arrived in the new pair. Now, since I’ve already had the other pair replaced, they won’t replace the 2nd pair even though the quality issue remains. Time to try something other than Lululemon, especially since my pants from old navy have lasted longer.

  Customer service to the Max! Couldn’t have survived Christmas without lulu products for myself, my husband and daughter in law.

  Today I shopped at Lululemon for the first time and it was a great experience. Lisa there helped me find the right kind of leggings for what I wanted to do and helped find the right sizing. She explained everything in regards to sizing, answering my concerns and even how to take care of the garments. I highly recommend going in and working with Lisa!
