  On Friday October 24 2025 walked into the Columbia store in meridian idaho knowing exactly what I was looking for. A pair of men’s konos outdry shoes. I found the two colors I was interested and I asked the closest sales associate named Sue if I could try on both colors of the same shoe to see which one I liked best to purchase. She rudely asked “ why do you want both it’s the same shoe?” I told her cause I want to see the color difference on my feet. She came out with a completely different color that I asked for and said this is all I have. She walked away and I still tried on the pair of shoes that she brought me. As I look around for assistance from sue I see her trying on a jacket and looking at herself in the mirror along the men’s side of the store! After a while she came and offered a bigger size of the shoe that I wanted. She made my wife and I feel like we don’t belong in the Columbia store while we were in there. I could see this kind of customer service from possibly a teenager starting off a new job in a department store. But not from a Sue that looked like she was in her mid 50’s to early 60’s. Very poor customer service do to Sues attitude towards my wife and I.

  Trisha and Her staff were more than accommodating in placing an online order that was quite large and was last minute. They came through with flying colors for our organization. Thank you from the Treasure Valley Pheasants Forever chapter and it's volunteers, donors and recipients.

  They have a variety of jackets and sweaters to choose from. Depending on the type of weather you work or play in, they will assist you in locating that which you need. I find their jackets to be beneficial and long-lasting.
