But when only one pair showed up, I called the store and Ricky weighed in with customer service for me. It took us three tries, but Ricky was persistent. The second pair of pants finally showed up, thanks to Ricky. I really appreciate his going the extra mile.

There are no large sizes of men's working pants to try on or purchase here, so it is hard to know what exact fit for tall built men (largest size was 40x32). I will give them credit for having Tall sizing men's sweatshirts. The store was very busy and some walking areas are narrow so you can't look at the selection when people are crowding. They do have clearance items here.
