Our shop services are available to spool reels, mount and boresight rifle scopes, cut arrows, tune bows in our 10-yard archery lane, and anything covered by your Firearm Service Plan. That was not the case here. I went to the gun area and immediately, an older gentleman, Tim, was eager to help me. I told him my situation and that I had a lot of questions. He talked with me for an hour and was so helpful and directed me to a really good firearm. There were none available in store, but he advised me to call the manufacturing folks and visit other gun shops in town, even gave me a list. This man was awesome, and I cannot speak from a heart of gratitude enough!
