I wanted to place my items on hold, but I was told I needed to go back upstairs. Without hesitation, Amal came over, carried my items, and walked with me upstairs to assist me. Her professionalism, dedication, and thoughtful attitude went above and beyond, making my experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate and am so grateful for her presence and her work at JCPenney. Employees like Amal are invaluable and deserve recognition for their outstanding contribution!!

I don’t know what he is but he’s a short bald man with a face tattoo always standing next to the checkout line and being very disrespectful not only to me but everyone else who tries to ask him a question. There should be some serious consideration in either firing this guy or having him take anger management classes.
