She was very difficult to reason with and I will not be shopping here moving forward due to the terrible customer service.

Well it was paid with a Debit Card which is like cash. It comes out of my checking account. Well I tried to have someone return them for me since i live 45 min away form the store and a friend was going to be in town. The store would not do it because the card was not present. I tried to call and give it over the phone but that was not even good enough. Like I'm trying to do credit card fraud by issuing a credit to my debit card. They had the card numbers. They could have made sure that the numbers match. Of course there was no manager on site. The store has old software that does not allow it to be just automatically to be credited to the debit card. This was basically a cash sell and they would not give cash either. So now i have to Drive back another time. If i bought online i would not have to have the card inspected by them. Very poor service. also No hassle return is a joke. If you write a check at the store and you try to return it (even if you have proof that the check has cleared) the store will take your glasses and then they will submit it corporate and they will issue a check back in 7 to 10 days. then you have to wait 7 to 10 days for their check to clear. so do not buy from sunglass hut Plus the employee was David and he was rude. Even told my husband sorry I'm just a messenger.
