Finally come to pick up my ring and stones are missing and the ring looks different and not just from the cleaning or repair almost like my center stone is smaller. One of the ladies that’s here most of the time I’ve come in has been rude and condescending. Don’t know her name, but you’d know her if you met her. Terrible experience here. They don’t know what they are doing. I don’t recommend buying your jewelry here. I’d rather go spend the money at Morgan’s.

We waited politely to be helped and as soon as the assistant noticed I was waiting for help, she rolled her eyes and gave attitude like it was a big inconvenience for me to be there. No wonder these stores are closing
- TLT LDec 7, 20251.0Will never shop here again. Bought a pajama set and came to return the next day. Apparently I bought something "as is, non-refundable". Nothing on the receipt indicates it was non-refundable. In fact, the receipt shows a "Return value" listed. The associates were condescending and rude when i told them nothing anywhere in the store or on the receipt informed me i was purchasing an item that would be non refundable. They refused to let me speak with anyone else, saying nobody else is available to speak with. Absolutely ridiculous. I've spent thousands of dollars here. But over $23.99 they've lost a long time customer. And I will also be encouraging others to take their business elsewhere. Like Amazon. At least you know up front if you're buying something that can be returned.
