Kara helped me first. She ordered the replacement diamond and set everything up. When I picked it up, my ring looked absolutely beautiful. Kara was later unavailable, so Damian assisted me with the next step—I still wanted to wear the original diamond, so we repurposed it, making it into a pair of gorgeous earrings. The jeweler did an incredible job on both pieces. Kara and Damian were an absolute pleasure to work with—professional, kind, attentive, and thoughtful with their suggestions. I won’t be taking my jewelry anywhere else!
