    Definitely would not recommend ordering from this location. I put an order in on Dec 23rd for a Christmas arrangement that was supposed to be delivered on the 24th. The order was never delivered. I never received contact from the store indicating they could not fulfill my order. I put a request in on the website to have someone contact me about it and it’s now the 26th and I haven’t heard anything. I couldn’t call the store until today because of the holiday. The person I spoke to on the phone said they have been very “crazy busy” that week and that my name was on a list of people to call to notify that they couldn’t fulfill our orders because they ran out of containers to put them in. I’m not sure as to why I couldn’t have been contacted right after I put my order in, or I shouldn’t have even been able to order at all, as I would have made other arrangements for a Christmas gift. I’m pretty disappointed as I paid quite a lot to have this gift delivered just in time for Christmas. It seems like this store is not able to handle holiday rushes and I would not risk buying something that likely won’t be delivered on time.

    Ordered months in advance and still didn't receive our order for our Christmas party. What a joke, wouldn't even answer our phone calls to process a refund. Never doing business here again.

    Simply amazing they sent gifts to my daughters in different states as well as Boise. The customer service was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

    Recieved some flowers and arrangement as a gift! Absolutely georgous and delicious. Maybe could find a better spot to put the plant food bag than unopened in the bottom of the water filled vase 😃
