  Dani, first and foremost you're an absolutely incredible person! You absolutely cooked on the delivery, presentation and fully came through for me to hand deliver this delicacy to my significant other on short notice! I truly appreciate you, especially providing exactly what I wanted, when you had let me know you had ran out of chocolate, but found a way! You are the best, thank you, thank you!

  While I was traveling I wanted to send a surprise to my friend, and they made it easy! The owner didn’t have something in stock for my order so she gave me a full refund and still delivered it in a few days (after what she needed arrived). Thank you so much

  ***update two days later*** Finally found the HQ customer service number by searching google as it is not publicly advertised on their website. Relayed my experience to them as well as reviews from other customers that had the same experience as I did. I told HQ how I could not believe this store had been in business so long but operated in this way. It is giving EA a bad name. The customer service representative was sympathetic and offered a refund but that is all. I stated how I was disappointed to think that there would be no recourse for the particular store and that the next person to place an order for their loved one would be disappointed when it doesn’t arrive. It still blows my mind that all the store had to do was call me and let me know they couldn’t fill my order instead of making me think everything was good to go. I could have made other arrangements for a birthday gift to be delivered. They wouldn’t have even had to call me as I had called them three different times to confirm my order. Still no response from the particular store with an apology or any other reasoning for their poor business practices. Wow!! Ordered a $200 fruit bouquet on February 13, to be delivered to a loved one on February 16, but it never arrived. I even called the store a few moments after placing the order to confirm that they received it and then called again the morning of delivery to confirm that it was scheduled to be delivered that day. Both times had confirmation from an employee that it was confirmed. Kept checking the status via the online delivery tracker, and it never showed that the fruit bouquet was being crafted. I then called the store again at four pm on the day of delivery hoping that maybe they just didn’t update their tracker, but did not get an answer. What a disappointment that this birthday gift for a loved one never arrived, and that I spent all day checking on its status. It appears based on reviews that this is not the only time in order did not get delivered. Edible arrangements should pull their franchise permit at the store. Beware when ordering from them as it’s quite possible, you order will never be processed and you’re loved one as well as you will be disappointed.

  Ordered chocolate covered strawberries. Most of them were the size of my thumb. Went to the grocery store after and spent 10 dollars on a brick of chocolate and box of strawberries. Reused the very nice packaging and put my own strawberries in their place.
