I needed to get wide black heels for my sister’s wedding, and typically have to buy them online at a random store and spend so much time trying to not find a grandma heel that costs me sooo much money. One day I had the idea of going to dsw and looking because I was having no luck online. I went in, and asked Natalie if they had any wide heels. To my shock, they had a wide variety of wide black heels, and the customer service was amazing! No up charge for wide heels either!
