My husband and I frequent the Boise Cabela’s often, and it’s because of the incredible customer service we always receive. From the friendly greeters and helpful cashiers to the knowledgeable staff on the floor, everyone consistently goes above and beyond. The biggest reason we keep coming back, though, is the amazing team at the gun counter — Darren, Brett, and Joey are absolutely outstanding! They’re always welcoming, friendly, patient, and incredibly informative. They take the time to answer all my (many!) questions and make every visit enjoyable and educational. Because of them, we’ve purchased several firearms from Cabela’s, and we’ll continue to give all our business here as long as phenomenal folks like this are part of the team. A huge shout-out and heartfelt thank-you to Darren, Brett, Joey, and the entire Cabela’s crew — we truly appreciate you all!
