- CPCharles Peak5 days ago1.0I came here to post. Apparently the same thing happened 3 years ago. When will I learn. I had to delete my last review to post, but it was about this exact same thing lol. They guarantee you a delivery date and then do not follow through. Apparently its a way of business for them. They clearly as a corporation does not care about customers at all. This is a way of business for them. They even told me they do say items will be delivered at a certain time, according to Alison when you call the customer service line. My screenshot says no later than.... Last I checked that was a guarantee. Lies lies lies. They take your money and do not honor their agreements. Corporate greed. This is why is canceled my cabelas card. Good radiance.
- NANight Angel6 days ago5.0Kris in the archery shop helped setup my new bow purchased off Craigslist. He set my drawlength and gave me a bunch of good information. I killed my first elk (5x5) with that bow last season. Awesome guy, no pressure sales. Very honest. I'll be back.
- JJJDApr 19, 20262.0Took 15 minutes to find anyone to help us in the shoe department. Finally had to walk back up front and ask the man at the entrance. He called someone. Total time waiting 15 min. Asked about the very first shoe on the top row, then the second and eventually got the sleepy answer: "No, we don't have it in women's size 6 (very common size). No, we don't got that either". We asked where else would they recommend, and without hesitation were encouraged to go to Teton Running. What a change! The last year or two draws us to the conclusion that our favorite go-to has just given up on the customer and is racing downhill! We are done here.
