  I honestly expected a much better experience shopping here, but it was pretty disappointing. The store itself has some nice clothing, but the customer service completely ruined it for me. The staff came off as unfriendly and, at times, outright rude. Simple questions felt like an inconvenience to them, and there was zero effort to be welcoming or helpful. Shopping should feel enjoyable, not uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the attitude of the employees made it hard to even want to stay in the store, let alone make a purchase. I hope management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated, because it really makes a difference. I won’t be returning anytime soon

  If i could do negative 5 stars i would , I dont know who trained that girl customer service , No hi , No are you ready to check out, just straight up disgusted on her face . Do better.

  My daughter got a dress for an occasion and realized there was a stain on it so didn’t wear it. The tags were on it. She when to return it and the girl at the register berated her so much she was in tears. She made her do an in store credit and made her use it that very moment and kept making her come back to the register saying it had to be the exact amount. Ending up making my daughter spend more just to return a dress! When I find out the persons name I will be driving 3 hours to have a conversation with her! You dont treat customers this way, especially making them cry! And NOT MY DAughter!

  The staff seem very unhappy to be there. No smiles. No welcoming you into the store. The one checking us out barely gave us the time of day.
